Betsy’s Burlap Wreath

Betsy’s Burlap Wreath is very unique because it can be used throughout the year – both indoors or outside. It is designed to allow you to simply change the decorative arrangement for each season by easily inserting a new floral bouquet into one of the inner loops of the burlap ruffle. The burlap is three layers deep and you will create four unique seasonal nosegays to compliment each season
